Your money stays protected until the market run is done

High-trust local commerce: vendors prove they can fulfil, riders navigate to real coordinates, and buyers only release payment when the basket arrives as agreed.

In short

  • Buyer payments sit in escrow until you confirm delivery or the dispute window ends.
  • Vendors and riders only get paid when the job is done right — not before.
  • Disputes use order snapshots and platform records; refunds may return to your wallet.
  • Delivery fees use map pins you set at checkout — not guessed addresses.

How escrow works

From checkout to payout, funds follow a clear path so buyers, vendors, and riders share the same rules.

  1. Pay at checkout

Funds move into escrow — not directly to the vendor.

  2. Vendor prepares

Your order is fulfilled; riders pick up with map coordinates.

  3. Delivery & PIN

Track status; share your delivery PIN only when you receive goods.

  4. Confirm or dispute

Confirm delivery to release escrow, or open a dispute if something is wrong.

  5. Payout

Vendor and rider payouts follow platform rules after release or dispute resolution.

What we protect

Four pillars that apply to catalog checkout and reverse shopping lists alike.

Escrow on every paid order

When you pay, funds are held by everymarketday — not released to the vendor until delivery is confirmed or the dispute window closes without an open case.

Dispute window

After delivery you have a limited time to open a dispute if items are wrong or missing. Auto-release only runs when no dispute is active.

Fair review

Our team reviews open disputes with order snapshots, delivery proof, and in-app history. Outcomes may include partial or full refunds to your wallet.

Pinned locations

Fees and rider navigation use coordinates captured at checkout — what you paid for is what gets dispatched.

Tips for buyers

  • Pin your delivery address on the map before checkout.
  • Share your delivery PIN with the rider only when you have the package.
  • Open disputes from the order screen — do not confirm delivery if something is wrong.
  • Keep notifications on for rider ETA and handoff updates.

Need to open a dispute?

Go to the order in Orders, tap the order, and use the dispute option while the order is still eligible.
